Shipping Options

All shipping costs & delivery times are calculated at checkout.

We are currently trying to ship on a global scale but if you do not see your country or residence on the list of options, please contact us, we are always happy to assist.

 

Order Tracking Information

You will receive a notice of shipment via email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.

It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

 

Shipping Restrictions

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Inspection and Sign

Please inspect the package upon delivery. As ANT HIVE formicaria are generally quite brittle, if the package of the formicaria is damaged or deformed, do not sign for the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact the Customer Support team. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and send it to us so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

FAQ

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.

 

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. If it is an international order, shipping may take 10-21 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact our Customer Support team.

 

My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?

We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact our Customer Support team or shipping carrier directly for further help.

 
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
